SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS text messaging program operated by Precision Appliance Care ("we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to Precision Appliance Care when scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Precision Appliance Care sends SMS text messages to customers who have scheduled appliance repair service with us. Messages include:

Appointment confirmations

Scheduling updates and reminders

Technician dispatch and arrival notifications

Service status updates

Service completion confirmations

Customer care messages related to your service

SECTION 02

HOW TO OPT IN

You opt in to the SMS program by providing your mobile phone number when scheduling service with Precision Appliance Care, either by phone or through our website at https://www.precisionappliancecare.com. By providing your number, you expressly consent to receive service-related text messages from us.

SECTION 03

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Customers typically receive between 2 and 6 messages per service appointment.

SECTION 04

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Precision Appliance Care is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

SECTION 05

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message from Precision Appliance Care to unsubscribe from the SMS program. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number. If you need to opt back in after unsubscribing, contact us at (602) 600-6297 or service@precisionappliancecare.com and we will re-enroll you.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The program is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://bernardhq.com/precision-appliance-care/privacy.

We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
