These terms govern the appointment text program operated by Flamingo Appliance Service (FLAMINGO APPLIANCE SERVICE INC).
Program
We send transactional Customer Care texts about a repair you booked: booking confirmation, and a day-before arrival window / technician reminder. No marketing, coupons, or newsletters on this program.
How you opt in
On https://flamingoappliance.com/schedule-service/ you enter your mobile number and check an unchecked box agreeing to receive texts from Flamingo/Paradise Appliance (Flamingo Appliance Service) about your appointment. The form discloses two automated texts, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP, and that HELP is available via reply, (754) 345-5121, or Service@flamingoappliance.com.
Frequency and rates
2 messages per booked appointment, plus HELP/STOP replies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
STOP - unsubscribe. One confirmation, then no more appointment texts. HELP - support. Or call (877) 560-8485 or email Service@flamingoappliance.com. Supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most US carriers.
