This policy is for Flamingo Appliance Service (legal name FLAMINGO APPLIANCE SERVICE INC). It covers how we use information when you schedule or receive appliance repair in Florida and Georgia, including our SMS program.

SMS / text messages
If you check the SMS consent box on our Schedule Service form, you agree to receive transactional appointment texts from Flamingo Appliance Service at the number you provide.
We send: one confirmation after you book; one reminder the day before your appointment with a shorter arrival window; replies if you text HELP or STOP.
Message frequency: 2 messages per booked appointment, plus HELP/STOP replies.
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then no further appointment texts.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging provider (Bernard Labs / Twilio) to deliver these messages. Consent is for Flamingo Appliance Service appointment texts only and is not transferred to any other brand.
What we collect
When you schedule service we collect name, mobile number, email, service address, appliance details, and notes you provide. We use that information to book the job, dispatch a technician, send the appointment texts you opted into, and support the repair.
How we share
We share information with service providers who help us run the business (dispatch, messaging, payments) under contract. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers for others’ marketing.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end appointment texts. Email Service@flamingoappliance.com or call (877) 560-8485 to access, update, or delete customer information, subject to records we must keep for the job, warranty, or law.
