These terms govern the appointment text program operated by A-1 Appliance Repair (ABK SERVICES LLC).
Program
Program: transactional Customer Care texts about a repair you booked (confirmation + day-before reminder). No marketing.
How you opt in
How you opt in: On https://a1appliancerepair.net/contact/ you enter your mobile number and check an unchecked box agreeing to receive texts from A-1 Appliance Repair about your appointment. The form discloses two automated texts, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP, and that HELP is available via reply, (866) 931-1905, or scheduling@a1appliancerepair.net.
Frequency and rates
Frequency: 2 per appointment plus HELP/STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
STOP: reply STOP to opt out. HELP: reply HELP, call (866) 931-1905, or email scheduling@a1appliancerepair.net.
Privacy
